Horus Capital

Lootch is a commercial development in central Moscow developed by Horus Capital.

Our brief was to create a full suite of marketing material to promote the redevelopment of the former factory building. The aim of Russian developer and client, Horus Capital, was to sensitively convert the existing building into commercial space, whilst reigniting its former grandeur, brick by brick. We developed a visual language, logo and identity, created an advertising campaign, print materials, a website, CG images, a promotional film and a marketing suite.
